Why Me? (Or... Why bother?)
Let’s be honest—we live in a "chuck away" society. Most shops just want to sell you a new version of whatever you just broke. I’m the opposite.
I’ve always had a bit of a hobby for taking things apart and seeing why they stopped ticking. Over time, that turned into Gadget Repairs Sudbury. I don’t "specialise" in just one thing because, to me, if it has a battery or a plug, it’s a puzzle worth solving.
Whether it’s a PS5 that won’t breathe, a pair of GHDs that went cold, or even a belt sander that’s seen better days—I’m often the last stop for gadgets that people have tucked away in a drawer "just in case."
Here is how I work:
Honesty First: I’ll tell you straight if it’s worth the challenge or if it’s genuinely reached the end of the road.
No Fix, No Fee: If I can’t sort it, you don't pay a penny.
Clear Quotes: I’ll always give you a ballpark price before I even pick up a screwdriver.
I’m not a big faceless repair center. I’m just a local guy who hates seeing decent tech end up in a hole in the ground. If you’ve got something gathering dust because you think it’s "done," send me a message on WhatsApp. You’ve got nothing to lose but the clutter.
Sudbury Suffolk..... Pc, Laptop, Tablets, Xbox, Playstation, Wii, iPod, Iphone, Android, Ghd, Hoovers etc. .... Very competitive rates FREE QUOTES ....No Fix No Fee.....
Just ask :)Â
Got a gadget that’s definitely seen its last day, or just something you no longer care for? Don’t bin it—donate it.
Even if I can’t bring an item back to life, it might have the one specific part needed to save someone else’s gear. I’m always looking for "donor" consoles, laptops, or small appliances. It’s recycling, but the old-fashioned way: using what we’ve already got to keep things running.
The Common Stuff: Laptops, PCs, Tablets, and Phones.
The Fun Stuff: Xbox, PlayStation, Wii, and Retro handhelds.
The Home Stuff: GHDs, Hoovers, and small appliances.
The Weird Stuff: Medical equipment, farm tools, and specialized electronics.
